Here at Skin pHanatics Day Spa your time and ours is very valuable, so to ensure that we can provide all of our clients the best service possible, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. This payment will be applied to your reserved appointment. We do understand that changes in your schedule may occur; therefore, a 24-hour notice is required to move an appointment and the deposit made will only credit once. Cancellations forfeit deposits. No-shows will be charged full price before scheduling future appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Skin pHanatics Day Spa Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered.
